It's always nice to come home after a long period of absence. There isn't all that much to do in Cairns beyond tourism, so I've mostly been relaxing at home. The freedom of summer break is liberating, but all my normal forms of leisure aren't as fulfilling as they were with looming deadlines and/or exams. But such is life, right? Nevertheless, I've been enjoying the free time, even if I'm not doing anything all that productive.
